  • A snapshot of your current revenue model
  • The top revenue 3 challenges you face as a ream 

 

Lesson 2: Future Revenue Model

Our second live virtual session together is all about imagining where your future revenue comes from. You'll walk away with: 

  • The root causes of your top 3 revenue challenges 
  • An agreement on your future revenue mix 
  • A first draft of your future revenue model with a "revenue-first" approach 


The 5 Whys

Watch the video below to learn more about the '5 Whys' - a methodology to help you identify the root cause of your initial revenue challenges. 

 

Complete the root cause analysis (5 Whys) for each of the top 3 revenue challenges you identified during the team breakout room in session 1. You will find this activity in your Individual Worksheets



The PIES Framework

The PIES framework helps you brainstorm ideas how you might address challenges and their root causes for your future revenue model. Watch this video in preparation for session 2 where we will engage in a team brainstorming activity. 


To develop your future revenue model during session 2, you will need think about where you see your organization in the next 1-3 years.

Please come prepared with 3-5 goals that align with this vision and are supported by your leadership team. These goals can come from your strategic plan, your mission and vision, a community needs assessment, or your program evaluation report, to name a few.
